New Sycamore Woods Homes Coming Soon
Recently the City and the Trotwood Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) entered into an agreement with a locally based homebuilder to develop 40 new homes in the Sycamore Woods Neighborhood.
By mid-June this homebuilder will begin developing market rate single-family homes there on build-able lots ranging in size from 1,800 to 2,500 square feet.
