Nenonene Medical Facility Beginning Construction
Nenonene Family Medicine & Obstetrics will soon be breaking ground on the former Kon-Tiki Theatre site and bringing new life and 23 jobs to the southern gateway of Trotwood’s Salem Avenue Corridor. Its 10,000 square foot facility will house an urgent care facility, family practice, and a weight-loss clinic as well as orthopedics, cardiology and opthamology services.
Nenonene has pledged to create 19 jobs and transfer 4 and build this $2 million facility with an access road, storm water retention pond and landscaped parking lot. Valued at $225,000, the former Kon-Tiki Theatre site was donated to the City and its demolition paid for through a Montgomery County ED/GE grant.
