Sycamore Woods Assisted Living Facility PUD Approved
The
City's Planning Commission recently granted preliminary approval for the Sycamore Woods Assisted Living Facility's Planned Unit Development (PUD) that will feature assisted/ independent living
residential units, pending City Council approval.
This proposed $20 million development will feature 60 moderately priced residential units located near Sycamore State Park. At its April meeting the Planning Commission granted preliminary approval for its assisted/ independent living Master Campus Plan. The site includes 27 acres of prime property surrounding Sycamore Woods Lake.
