New Owner Acquires Builder's Square Facility
In March, Allen Refrigeration, Inc. acquired the former Builder’s Square facility on Shiloh Springs Road at absolute auction. Currently based in the city of Dayton at two separate facilities, Allen’s main interest in this 80,000 square foot facility and its 10-acre site is to consolidate all their business activities in a single location.
Allen plans to make a broad range of interior fit-out, exterior and landscaping improvements. Total investment in this property will be well in excess of $500,000, and Allen expects to initially bring 25 jobs to the City and add up to 13 additional positions.
