Olde Town
Trotwood’s picturesque Olde Town district preserves its small town charm and true historic character. Back in the mid-1850s early entrepreneurs defined Trotwood’s center with a prosperous railroad station complete with an inn and general store. Today the Train Depot is an active visitor center sitting next to a heavily used regional bikeway that runs along its old railway. Many of Olde Town’s large historic homes dating back to the late-1800s have been successfully renovated and are being made available at very competitive prices.
