Planning & Zoning Advantage
Our Division of Planning & Zoning is responsible for the planned growth and development of Trotwood. Staff provides expertise and user-friendly tools to help our business partners and developers with every element of building successful commercial, industrial and residential developments. Its primary duties include:
• Reviewing subdivision and development plans
• Coordinating zoning and development permit review
• Evaluating rezoning petitions
• Implementing Comprehensive Development Plan
• Enforcing Zoning Ordinances, Enterprise Zones, Community Reinvestment Areas (CRA)
• Coordinating historic preservation initiatives
