Wolf Creek Run
Approved by the City of Trotwood in 2000, Wolf Creek Run is planned to include 262 detached single-family homes. Homes are being constructed and sold at a steady rate within this subdivision. To date, two sections consisting of 114 lots each have been platted, nearly 90 homes have been constructed and 45 new lots designed to accommodate larger homes are construction ready.
